Foamex is a flexible material coming in various ticknesses such as 1mm, 3mm, 5mm or 10mm and sizes up to 10 x 10 foot in one piece. Also called rigid PVC sign boards, foamex is a strong but lightweight material. The standard colour for foamex signs is white but colours such as red, blue, black, yellow are also available. Custom colours can be applied using self sealed vinyl.
Foamex signs are ideal for indoor and outdoor signs. The most common applications are for exhibition panels, store displays, information boards, for sale signs, event signage, hoardings, menu boards and other wall graphics. The printing method consists of digital prints mounted to the foamex material using double sided self adhesive. The finished signs can be laminated with a transparent seal for extra protection against scratches.
Foamex is a weatherproof material with a durability of a few years outdoors. Larger size foamex signs can be screwed or nailed to a surface while velcro can be used for smaller and lighter signs.
